    This lecture was interesting. Made me think about biomechanics of a variety of events and the specificity of training around them. It was reasssuring that some common sense methods I have utilised were being backed up. I also liked the analysis of statistics.

    The key point that there are three things that stand out in terms of people who win medals I found especially interesting - the first being that they stay healthy!
