Spencer Duval and Richard Nerurkar Masterclass

Dear coach

There will be an endurance masterclass on cross country for a limited number of coaches on 1st October 2016. The masterclass will be run by Spencer Duval and Richard Nerurkar will be available for coaches to question, interact with and listen to. The masterclass is an opportunity to hear and talk to athletes / coaches who have been at the top of the sport and who can pass on valuable knowledge and advice. This is not a lecture and will be conducted in a relaxed atmosphere when you the coach can interact directly with the experts.

Richard has won three National Cross-country titles, finished in the top 20 in the World Cross-country Championships and was 5th in the Olympic marathon.

Spencer has won the National Cross-country at every age group, won every age group at cross-country at the English Schools Championships and has finished 12th at the World Cross-country Championships.

Their knowledge of endurance, road, track and cross country running is vast so an opportunity like this is rare to get a personal audience with such successful athletes / coaches.
