In part two of this video, recorded at an England Athletics Masterclass event in 2011, Professor Anthony Blazevich delivers a basic guide to biomechanics and how its use can improve athlete performance.

Professor Anthony Blazevich is a lecturer at Edith Cowan University in Australia specialising in Sports Biomechanics. Having previously worked at Brunel University West London Professor Blazevich has carried out work sponsered by, amongst others, The Australian Institute of Sport; The English Institute of Sport; and The Olympic Medical Institute.
