John Smith talks coaching at the CP Grand Prix

John Smith is a former international sprinter best known for winning the men's 400m event at the 1971 Pan American Games.

After retiring from competition, he became a sprint coach and developed the HSI (Hudson Smith International) training group that included the likes of Maurice Greene, Ato Boldon and Allen Johnson amongst others.  He now coaches Carmelita Jeter, who holds the second fastest 100m time in history.
