In part two of this video UKA's Glenn Kearney discusses the importance of nutrition and outlines some of the foods and habits incorporated by top athletes across the world.

Glenn Kearney is a UKA Nutritionist based at Lee Valley HIPAC having joined in 2009 after major stints with a variety of professional teams including the New Zealand All Blacks Rugby Union team where he held the position of Head Nutritionalist from 2003 to 2008. He has also worked with the New Zealand Olympic track cycling team; swimming team; and kayak team prior to the 2008 Olympics.
