Vintage UKA Weightlifting DVD: Uni and Contralateral Exercises

This video originally was part of the old UKA Weight Training for Athletics workshop delivered as part of the old "Level 3" coaching qualification. While we work on creating a more upto date version we have decided to make it freely available here on uCoach.

In this blast from the past Gil Stevenson introduces the Lunge and Step-Up exercises. These are both examples of unilateral and contralateral exercises that are especially useful for use with developing athletes as highlighted in the UKA Athlete Development Model.
